Most of our week is apps. Someone has an idea, a date, and a phone in their pocket. We turn that into something you can tap, pay inside, and find on the App Store or Play Store. Websites and admin panels come along when the product needs a home off the phone.
What you usually get
Not a 40-page SOW full of jargon. A list of screens, a stack, and a date we are willing to put our name on.
- Native iOS or Android โ when the product needs the camera, maps, or payments to feel like it belongs on the device.
- Flutter โ when you need both stores and the budget is one team, not two.
- The boring but important bits โ login, notifications, payments, store listing, screenshots.
- An admin panel โ so you are not asking us to change a banner every Tuesday.
- Weekly test builds โ you tap around on a real phone. We fix what feels off.
- After launch โ OS updates, a crash on an old Samsung, Play Store being Play Store.
How we work
Short loop. Talk, screens, build, list. If that sounds too simple, we have found the fancy versions waste a month.
- A proper brief (a few days) โ who uses it, what has to work on day one, what can wait.
- Screens before code (1โ2 weeks) โ you see the flows. Cheaper to argue here than in week eight.
- Builds you can install (the rest of the time) โ Friday builds. Notes in WhatsApp. No disappearing.
- Store listing โ we have sat through enough rejections to know which screenshot they bounce.
โThey talked us out of two features we were sure we needed. The app shipped. Those two features still are not in it, and nobody has asked.โ
